When we can only provide the best service to the customer, then what else are we expected to be obtained besides the perceived customer satisfaction?
In early May, we got a review from customer on social media. This is not the first time we got it, but this review is truly extraordinary feels. When I read the review, my heart becomes flowering. Although I didn’t involve directly into the service, but I'm very proud of my work friends.
5 of 5 stars is given to us and also long comment from the customer that there is so much praise and thank to all, doctors, nurses and the others. We are very happy if the customer is happy too.
However, we need to remember, that we are just human being who can't escape from mistakes. It is precisely of the mistakes, we can learn a lot and keep strive to provide the best service.
