June, July - Where are you, Miya?

Forgive me, for quite a long time to be in silence. Not because there is no material to write, but the brain and the heart is focus on certain things. Quite time-consuming. No, but very time-consuming.

So what makes me come back took time to open a blog?

Review From The Customer

When we can only provide the best service to the customer, then what else are we expected to be obtained besides the perceived customer satisfaction?

In early May, we got a review from customer on social media. This is not the first time we got it, but this review is truly extraordinary feels. When I read the review, my heart becomes flowering. Although I didn’t involve directly into the service, but I'm very proud of my work friends.

5 of 5 stars is given to us and also long comment from the customer that there is so much praise and thank to all, doctors, nurses and the others. We are very happy if the customer is happy too.

However, we need to remember, that we are just human being who can't escape from mistakes. It is precisely of the mistakes, we can learn a lot and keep strive to provide the best service.

And now, we get a total 4.9 of 5 stars on Fan Page Facebook. 

Cinta Setahun Penuh

Kedua kalinya saya tidur di kamar mbak Riskha.
Untuk yang pertama memang tidak ada cerita.
Karena terlalu lelah kala itu.

Untuk kedua kalinya ini.
Saya mulai melihat-lihat buku yang tersusun rapi di rak.
Mencari buku yang sekiranya dapat mengantarkanku untuk tidur.

Banyak sekali jenis buku di sini.
Tapi saya ngga mau yang "berat".
Dan berhentilah sang mata pada satu buku.

Cinta Setahun Penuh, itulah judul bukunya.

Finger Print

Not too important maybe, but I'm still writing this just for remind me that I'm so happy having them. This is old story, but I'm still doing this job until now.

Finger Print. Kini menjadi alat yang sering ku utak-atik. Mendaftarkan user baru, menghapus, mengedit serta sinkronisasi data pegawai ke dalam database-ku.

Pernah suatu ketika ada pegawai baru. Sejujurnya tidak benar-benar baru. Karena beliau sudah pernah bekerja disini namun mengundurkan diri atas alasan tertentu. Apa itu? Entahlah aku tidak begitu ingin tahu. Yaa meski pernah ada seseorang bercerita kepadaku. Namun memori itu tidak lama bersemayam dalam otakku.
